About the room
I have a nice furnished room available in a 3 bedroom apartment for short and long term rent in New York, NY. The room has a private bathroom and toilet,mini fridge,wifi internet,air conditioner,wardrobe,dresser and kitchen includes oven,fridge,washing machine,dishwasher,cooker,storage,microwave and other kitchen utensils. The room is $600 rent per month includes parking and all utilities,also security deposit of $500 which is going to be refundable back to you. The apartment also includes fireplace,laundry and parking.
About the roomie
I would describe myself as an easy-going , open-minded , respectful and always clean after myself.I am pretty chill most of time but also love dance,music ( love R&B or dance music ),movies, cooking,hang out together and share some jokes / happiness /whatever.I don't smoke or do drugs !!
