About the roomie

-I'm a 30 year old professional who has been living in NYC all my life. I work at a non-profit organization in Manhattan. I'm friendly and laid back. I enjoy being with friends, working out, reading, going out, etc.
-I'm looking for someone (male) who is financially stable and responsible
-Also, while everyone has their own lives, I would like someone that I get along with
-I'm not anal about cleaning but out of courtesy for one another, ourselves and the apartment, I expect common areas (kitchen, living room, bathroom) to be kept somewhat tidy

That pretty much sums up the place/room/what I'm looking for in a roommate. Again, I'm laid back and would like to have a nice relationship with a roommate and fun living environment but do expect respect and courtesy for the space and one another.

Please reply with some info about yourself (what you're looking for in a living situation, your habits, profession, hobbies).

Happy apartment hunting!!! :)
